To set/reset the port number on the web server please do the following:

On Roll Call Server:

  1. Go into Database Settings (From Edit menu on Windows, File menu on Mac OSX)
  2. Go to Web tab
  3. Change the port number to be what you prefer (default is 80 - so if you have a webserver occupying this port, try 8080 or something similar)
  4. Shut down and Restart Roll Call for the changes to go into effect.

On Roll Call Standalone:

Go into Enter License (From File menu)
Go to Mobile CheckIn tab
