If this is happening try these steps to resolve:

- Clear your browser cache.  Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

- Remove the Home Screen App Icon for Mobile Checkin (Press and Hold, then select the "X")

- Open up Safari and type in URL to go to Login Screen for Mobile Checkin.  Log into Mobile Checkin.  Add an icon to the Home Screen for Mobile Checkin once you are logged into Mobile Checkin - not from the login screen

Now when you launch Mobile Checkin from the Home Screen and log in, Mobile Checkin should remain running as a web app.

Note:  It is always a good idea to go through these steps whenever an upgrade to your Roll Call software is installed to ensure that old cached data is removed.
